Community Engagement Officer
Organizes partnerships, workshops, and community programming that expand on the themes of Entrapping Our Abundance, especially environmental justice and Southwest culture. This role coordinates events with partners and facilitates interactive or movement-based activities that engage audiences and youth performers before and during the show.
Set Designer
Designs the physical world of the production, creating scenic elements that support the story, movement, and circus apparatus. The Set Designer collaborates with the director and production team to develop a cohesive visual environment while ensuring the design works safely with aerial performance and within budget.
Costume Designer
Develops the visual identity of the show by designing, sourcing, and creating costumes that support the story, performers’ movement, and the director’s vision. Oversees the full costume process, ensuring designs are functional for circus performance while staying on budget and schedule.
Stage Manager
The organizational backbone of the production. Works closely with the director and performers throughout rehearsals and performances—tracking blocking, managing schedules, coordinating communication, leading rehearsals when needed, and calling cues to ensure each show runs smoothly and safely.
Lighting Director
Designs and executes the lighting environment that supports the visual storytelling of the show. Collaborates with the director and rigging team to create dynamic looks for circus acts, light our 20’ Flexion truss, oversee installation and programming, and run cues during performances.
Sound Director
Shapes the sonic experience of the production by building and balancing the soundscape, managing playback systems, and running live audio cues that support performers, atmosphere, and audience experience.
