Programs Manager
We’re looking for a dedicated Programs Manager to oversee and expand our youth and adult programming at Wise Fool New Mexico. This leadership role is perfect for someone passionate about social circus, youth development, and community engagement.
Start Date: Ideally by May 2025 (with a transition period)
Compensation: $24/hour
Hours: 20 hours/week (flexible, with potential for more hours as needed)
Location: Santa Fe, NM (some remote flexibility)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage afterschool, teen troupe, studio classes, and camps
- Expand programming for youth
- Align programming with Wise Fool’s mission & values

Summer Camp Coordinator
If you’re passionate about working with youth (ages 4-18), arts education, and creating an inclusive, dynamic camp environment, we’d love to hear from you!
Position Duration: July 8 – August 8, 2025
Compensation: Stipend- $3500
Location: Santa Fe, NM
What You’ll Do:
- Support daily camp operations & coaching staff
- Engage with families & ensure a positive camp experience
- Foster creativity, confidence, and community through circus arts
Ideal Candidates Have:
- Experience working with youth (ages 4-18)
- Strong leadership & organizational skills
- Passion for circus arts, movement, or creative education
- Bonus: Bilingual (Spanish/English), CPR/First Aid certified

Full-Time Summer Coaches
Wise Fool is seeking coaches who can inspire students of all skill levels to explore movement and creativity in a supportive, non-competitive environment while fostering resilience, confidence, and personal growth.
Position Duration: July 7 – August 8, 2025 (with potential for fall extension)
Compensation: $38/hour
Location: Santa Fe, NM
What You’ll Do:
- Teach circus skills to youth (ages 4-18) in a fun, supportive, and creative environment
- Ensure student safety and create a welcoming, inclusive space
- Assist with act development and performance preparation
- Engage with families and support Wise Fool’s community events
Ideal Candidates Have:
- Experience working with youth in an educational or coaching setting
- Background in circus, movement, theater, or youth arts education
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- Bonus: Aerial instructors with teacher training (Nimble Arts or equivalent), bilingual (Spanish/English)
