Aerial Hammock (also called sling) uses a loop of soft aerial fabric suspended from the ceiling to explore poses, transitions, wraps, conditioning, and dynamic movement in the air. Combining elements of aerial silks, dance, and acrobatics, hammock offers a supportive and versatile apparatus that is great for building strength, coordination, flexibility, and confidence while having fun in the air. This mixed-level class will focus on foundational skills, technique, and creative sequencing, with progressions offered for a range of experience levels.
Static Trapeze – Continuing | Wed. 5:30 – 7 PM | Coach Lisa
Prerequisites: Familiarity with Knee Hangs, Inversions in the Rope, 5 Second Egg Hold. We are open to exceptions to this on case-by-case basis, please reach out if you have questions.
Ready for more height and challenge? At this level, you’ll refine your technique and explore dynamic skills, including rolls, beats, and fluid transitions between bar and ropes. You’ll also begin to work on short sequences, vocabulary, and creative movement.
Stilts – Introductory | Wed. 7 – 8:30 PM | Coach Alex
No experience needed. Welcoming to all body sizes, genders, and fitness levels.
This class is for beginner stilters and people who have never stilted. Have you seen Wise Fool stilters and wanted to try? Here is your chance to learn! This class will aim to teach you how to walk on stilts, navigate obstacles, and some basic partner work on stilts. You can sign up for each class individually or all drop – in classes to build your skills! We will be teaching the basics, but all skill levels are welcome to come and stilt around!
Aerial Rope – Foundational | Thu. 5:30 – 7 PM | Coach Daniel
Prerequisites: Students will get the most out of this class if they are comfortable climbing at least one full body length, hanging with straight arms for 10-15 seconds, and performing any type of inversion from the mat. Students currently enrolled in Foundational Fabrics should be well-prepared.
In this class, students will learn to climb, find various poses and transitions using foundational wraps, introduce dynamic movement pathways through generating momentum, and explore movement quality.
– This mixed level series is suitable for students starting with intro aerial experience up to students working on more advanced topics in dynamics and c-shaping. We will work on level-appropriate skills, sequences, and creative choreography in a progressive format.
Aerial Fabrics – Foundational | Thu. 7 – 8:30 PM | Coach Kristen
Prerequisites: Familiarity with Introductory skills (footlocks, standard climb, Angel Down, and Elsie Cross). Welcoming to all body sizes, genders, and fitness levels.
Ready to build your foundational knowledge of aerial fabrics? Further develop techniques to dance in the air. You’ll learn fundamental climbs, wraps, and sequences designed to build strength and develop your creative expression.
Lyra – Introductory | Sun. 11 – 12:30 PM | Coach Lisa
No experience needed. Welcoming to all body sizes, genders, and fitness levels.
Brand new to lyra? This class introduces you to the basics of mounting the hoop, seated poses, under-the-bar movement, and supported hangs. You’ll build confidence in the air while developing strength and mobility.
Flight Lab | Sun. 12:30 – 2 PM | Coach Daniel
Prerequisites: Experience with at least one intro level aerial class. Welcoming to all body sizes, genders, and fitness levels.
This circuit-based aerial conditioning class blends floor and on-apparatus aerial training to instill students with the strength, technique, and confidence to complete more physically demanding movement patterns in aerials and acrobatics. Students rotate through exercise stations on a variety of aerial apparatuses emphasizing core stabilization, upper body strength, and back-body engagement. These exercises are meant to foster a sustainable aerial practice, guard against injury, and help to access more demanding aerial skills. Open to all levels, as long as you’ve taken at least one aerial class, with options to challenge each participant at their own pace.
Summer Workshops

In July there are three different workshop opportunities for those looking for more ground-based disciplines:
Acrobalance – Strength in Numbers
The ever-popular Acrobalance workshop with Jo & Colleen is back with two sessions for you to find your balance and learn to fly: Saturday, July 11, 10 AM – 12 PM & Saturday, July 25, 10 AM – 12 PM
These 2-hour workshops are designed to get you off the ground and connecting with others. We will break down the fundamentals of basing, flying, and spotting in a safe, supportive environment. We’ll be building on skills learned in previous workshops, but can get first-timers up to speed quickly, so don’t be shy! No partner and no previous experience necessary.
Juggling Technique & Creativity: Creating Your Own Act/Show
Join us for our first workshop with Jesse the Juggler! Juggling Technique & Creativity: Creating Your Own Act/Show: Saturday July 18 from 1 PM – 3:30 PM
Jesse’s workshop blends technique and professionalism. While this will absolutely be fun and playful, it could also be very valuable for anyone interested in pursuing a professional path. Jesse has traveled the world performing, and would love to share some of what they’ve learned along the way—the things that helped, and the things would be so helpful to know starting out. Ages 10+, ability to perform basic 3-ball cascade recommended.
