Volunteering With Our Move-Out

We also have the following dates planned as Community Volunteer Dates, which are open-invite to any folks who’d like to drop by and help pack up boxes, shuttle items to storage, or patch up the walls.
Community Volunteer Days
- Weds 1/08: 2pm – 7pm
Marley flooring deconstruction. We’ll be moving equipment off the studio floor, cleaning and untaping the marley, and then unscrewing layers of sprung flooring beneath. Wear good shoes and bring work gloves. If you have cordless drills, bring them! - Sat 1/11: 10am – 3pm
Help pack up costumes and equipment into boxes. - Week of 1/13 – 1/17 (exact date TBD): 12pm – 5pm
Truss deconstruction day. Volunteers needed to clear studio floor, move equipment after its been removed from rigging. - Weds 1/22: 2pm – 7pm
Help patch up holes in walls, remove cabinets from Art Room, repaint, shuttle boxes to storage. - Sat 1/25: 10am – 3pm
Deep clean so we’re move-out ready.
Open Office Hours
If you’d like to help with smaller, more simple tasks like packing up boxes or making donation runs, we’ll also be hosting Open Office Hours where staff are guaranteed to be in the studio to help direct. We also would love assistance helping to sell office furniture.
