Static Trapeze

Saturdays 2:00 - 3:30pm **masks required
Select Dates: 8/10, 8/17, 9/7, 9/14

Trapeze is the quintessential circus discipline, and a great way to build strength and coordination for other aerial apparatuses. Using bars at various heights, learn to use momentum, balance and skills on the bar and in the ropes.

Class includes a dynamic warm-up, floor exercises, aerial vocabulary, technique, and conditioning on the static trapeze. The series-based lesson plan builds upon previous classes!

Cost $132 for limited 4-week series.

Single-Point Trapeze

Saturdays 3:30 - 5:00pm **masks required
Select Dates: 8/10, 8/17, 9/7, 9/14

Single-point trapeze, also called dance trapeze, blends elements of static trapeze, aerial hoop, and contemporary dance into one graceful art form. Students build flexibility and strength while learning tricks and techniques including knee, toe, and heel hangs.

Dance trapze is rigged using a single point on a swivel- so unlike static trapeze, it spins! We'll work on sequences, spins, circels and swings using bars at different heights from quite low to the floor to overhead.

Cost $132 for limited 4-week series.
