Equipment Rental Policies
Agreements
- Renter must sign Rental Contract & Liability Waiver indemnifying and holding harmless WFNM of any and all claims
- WFNM must be notified of where and how the equipment will be used prior to release of said equipment
Use Limitations
- Aerial equipment can only be rented out for the purposes of training or performing aerial acts/skills
- Aerial hardware is not available to rent individually. Hardware includes:
- Carabiners
- Swivels
- Figure Eights
- Spansets
- Rope
- Equipment rentals are subject to availability. Any/all programs, classes, and event entertainment bookings take priority over rentals
Transport
- Renter is solely responsible for the safe transport of all equipment to and from WFNM storage facilities. We do not provide delivery, loading, or unloading services. Renter must arrange their own transportation and labor.
- All equipment pickups and returns must be scheduled in advance and coordinated with WFNM staff. Any unscheduled visits may not be accommodated.
Fees
Rental Fees
- Full payment of rental fees is required at the time of equipment pickup. Accepted payment methods include cash, check, or pre-arranged electronic payment.
- Rental fees are calculated based on a 24-hour cycle per rental day. Pre-arranged early pickups or late returns may be accommodated without additional charges at the discretion of WFNM staff, depending on equipment availability and scheduling. Otherwise, pickups or returns scheduled outside of the agreed-upon rental period may incur an additional full-day rental fee.
Security Deposit
- A refundable security deposit, payable by cash or check, is required prior to the release of any equipment. The deposit amount will be determined based on the value and type of equipment rented (see Pricing chart)
- Upon return, all equipment must be inspected by an authorized WFNM staff member. The security deposit will only be returned if the equipment is found to be in the same condition as when it was rented, with no damage or missing components. WFNM reserves the right to withhold all or part of the deposit to cover repairs, replacement, or cleaning.
Late Fees
- WFNM will charge a late fee equal to the per diem cost of equipment for each and every day the equipment was out past its return date
