Wise Fool is thrilled to announce our new Aerial Yoga class, starting Monday, October 17yth, 12 – 1:15. Aerial Yoga is a great way to take your yoga practice to the next level, or to start your yoga practice with a fun aerial twist. Aerial Yoga stays close to the ground, using soft hammocks and the force of gravity to help you relax deeper into traditional and modified yoga positions. The class will have a meditative feeling and provides a great opportunity to more deeply connect with your body. Instructor Deirdre Morris has a diverse background in dance, aerials, massage therapy and has been teaching aerial yoga for over 5 years. With her multi-faceted awareness of the body, she will help you access alignment, flexibility, and ease in your body.
