Are you ready to achieve your flexibility goals? Elise and Lisa (Duo Elisa) have got you covered! Join us for our fun and challenging Virtual Flexibility Intensive! Gain flexibility from your living room – all classes are offered over Zoom. Flexibility is a great compliment for aerial and ground work. For 4 weeks we will be offering 4 hours of flexibility a week – Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday evening from April 20 to May 11. We are also going to be offering free Open Training time to participants in our studio. That is 20 hours of stretching! This intensive is suitable for all levels- anyone age 14+ is welcome.
