PHONE-A-THON UPDATES: Answer the Call to Lift Up Wise Fool!

On Tuesday, October 17th, you will have the power to lift Wise Fool up and take our work to the next level.

Morris, our Head Clown, is hosting our first ever Phone-A-Thon, and we have a $10,000 match from a generous donor!

This means that if you answer our call and donate, even $5, every dollar you donate will be matched by another dollar from a donor who wants to see our community show up for Wise Fool, the way that Wise Fool shows up for our community.

And, it’s going to be fun! We’ll be on Facebook Live doing tricks for each donation.

Our Teen Troupe members, teachers, Board Members and other friends will be calling folks from 5 – 7pm. Will you answer our call?

If every student or family who’s taken a class at Wise Fool this year can donate even $10-$20, we’ll meet our whole match. No amount is too small, but each donation sends a message to our larger donors that Wise Fool matters to the community it serves.

Your support will help Wise Fool continue to provide all the awesome programs and shows that empower individuals and strengthen our community.

Oriana's Story

"The experiences of myself and my five children at Wise Fool have been unique--there are so many ways to be involved. My boys began as students and I was a parent volunteer, then I got involved as a student too.  As we developed skills, we moved into performing, working as educators, and even into sound, lighting, and makeup. There is so much room for growth, for learning, for pushing boundaries and exploring new territories: that’s what keeps the experience fresh and makes it a joy.

I can’t overstate the importance of this community as a space in the world where we can be unapologetically ourselves. Wise Fool creates a space that every human being seeks but is very hard to find.  It’s a dream for a single mother to have a safe space where the whole family can be together. Coming through these doors, you can find that space."
